The Curry Project is Ikshat's kitchen, run by a small team of family and friends. We cook every dish ourselves, the same way we cook at home, and change the tiffin menu every week. Our day starts at 5:00 with curry of the day on the stove and rotis rolled by hand. By 11:00 the first tiffins are packed and ready. It's a small team, so most days the people cooking your food are the ones delivering it too.
