1. About Us

The Curry Project by Ikshat ("we", "us", "our") is a food delivery service based in Berlin, Germany. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made via the methods available at checkout (cards or PayPal).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• For weekly curry pre-orders, orders must be placed by Friday 3 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following weekend.

3. Delivery

• Daily Tiffin delivery is available within approximately 4 km of Rungestraße 25, 10179 Berlin. A delivery fee of €3 applies.
• Pickup is available at Rungestraße 25, 10179 Berlin.
• We will make every effort to deliver within the stated time window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the order at the door. We are not responsible for orders left unattended.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Daily Tiffin orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour before the meal window begins.
• Weekly curry orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the pre-order deadline (Thursday 15:00).
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days where applicable.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind once food preparation has begun.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

All our food is 100% vegetarian. Many items are vegan and are clearly labelled. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen may handle common allergens such as dairy, gluten, and nuts. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Curry Project by Ikshat. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
